Requirements
Admission Procedure
- Meet with the admission coordinator, whose duty is to receive prospective parents, answer enquiries and give general information about the school.
- Purchase an admission form for a non-refundable fee of N7,000.00.
- Submit the application form with the following:
- Recent passport photograph of the child.
- copy of Birth Certificate (alongside the original copy for sighting)
- 1 copy of the receipt of payment for the application form
- 1 passport photo of Mother and Father.
- A photocopy of the health and immunisation card.
- Emergency health information and consent form.
- A placement interview is scheduled for the candidate to determine school readiness and placement.
- Assessment tests may include answering questions orally, drawing pictures, sorting and identifying, games or puzzles.
- Successful candidates are communicated to via text, Email, or face-to-face.
- The medical emergency form, health consent form, and parent/ school agreement form are issued after a successful interview.
- A personal letter of admission is issued.
- Acceptance of admission by parents of the applicant is communicated through payment of fees to the designated bank and tellers submitted to the school's Admissions Coordinator.
- As soon as fees are paid, the admission coordinator opens a file for the student both as a hard copy and on the database, he then informs the school director and head teacher of the new arrival.
- Parents receive a welcome pack with information on how they are expected to prepare the children for resumption.
- The Administrative secretary arranges for a guided tour of the school at designated open days or visiting hours. ADMISSION

Platinum: 10 years
All pupils seeking admission into any class must be age appropriate for that class by September 1st. Submission of completed application form must be done not later than six (6) working days from date of purchase and before scheduled interview date. On submission of the completed application form to the admission coordinator, the following documents must be attached (see page 6 for details). Applicants who fail to submit all needed documents may be disqualified, and no child will be admitted to classes until all registration forms are received. Note: All medical forms must be completed by medical personnel of a clinic. All tuition must be paid in full.
Withdrawals
Once a child has commenced school, the school fees for that term cannot be refunded.
